Marcy has worked in the adoption field for over 20 years. During her career, she’s worn many hats including counseling expectant parents and birth mothers, as well as conducting adoptive parent home studies. Marcy especially enjoys working with adoptive families and helping them navigate their adoption journey. It brings her joy to be a bright spot in someone's day and to provide encouragement and support to hopeful adoptive families. She believes that each person in the adoption triad plays a unique role in building a beautiful story.

Marcy has been married for 24 years to her husband, who is an adoptee himself. They have three beautiful children together. Marcy is a native Texan and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places. She also has personal and professional experience working with children with special needs. Her passions are family, autism awareness, and of course, adoption!
