About Caitlin Phillips
I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I’ve been deeply engaged with adoptive parents, birth parents, and adoption agencies for many years. I know this system inside and out. My job is to put that knowledge to work for you.
As a professional, I’ve worn many hats. But most notably: before coming to Hello Baby, I created and built an adoption agency from the ground up and developed it into one of the largest adoption agencies in my state. That endeavor was quite a challenge. And gratifying. But working directly with adoptive families is what I most want to do.
What drives me is personal as well as professional. I have weathered the heartache of delivering and losing twin baby boys who were born prematurely. I understand how difficult and complex creating a family can be. What brings me the most joy is working side-by-side with families to make their adoption journey a loving, positive experience.
When I’m not helping families, I love spending time with my husband Jason and our Pug, Mustard.
