Meet Our Executive Director
Amy Twombly
I have a B.A. in early childhood education from Boston College, and I spent many years as a teacher, a program director, and an educational consultant for several early childhood centers.
After our daughter Mary Claire’s adoption, I became passionate about promoting domestic adoption. Several families asked me to navigate them through the adoption process. The joy I felt from helping these families bring their babies home inspired me to continue guiding others through the complicated and emotional process that is adoption and to begin Hello Baby.
I have since helped countless families successfully bring home their babies. I believe in helping families whole heartedly, offering an individual approach to each family as no two journeys are the same.
In addition to my work with Hello Baby, I am an Adoption Coach for the Maven Clinic, and I sit on the professional council for Helpusadopt.org, a national grant program.
I also enjoy spending time with my husband Derek, my four children, and my dogs Rosie and Sadie Mae.
